Michelle

She thirsted for my blood. She kept grinning at me, licking her bloodless lips. I stood there, petrified.

"Michelle! Please don't do this!" Michelle didn't answer. She grabbed me by my shirt and threw me into the corner.

My head slammed against the wall. Darkness crept in the corner of my eyes. But I fought it. I can't black out. Not now.

Something was trickling down the back of my head. I checked, and saw all the blood on my fingers. I looked up and I was terrified.

Michelle's eyes had rolled into the back of her head. And her grin now grew to a smile from ear-to-ear. My bloods smell was over-powering.

She sauntered over to me charmingly. I was trapped. She knelt beside me. My heart was beating uncontrollably. She leaned in towards my ear.

"I love you." Michelle whispered delicately. Then she slowly moved to my neck and she finally bit down.

My whole body felt like it was screaming in pain. It was unbearable. She slowly drained the life out of me. This is it.

I'm ready to sleep. Leave it all. Be non-existent. But just before I slipped away, I was pulled out.

"But I can't let you go." Michelle crooned. The pain stopped. She slit her wrist and bled into my gaping mouth. Her blood tasted sweet.

My whole body was numb. My heart was slowing down. It was hard to breath. Her poisonous blood was seeping in.

It reaches my bloodstream and I'm hit with excruciating pain in my entire body. Why not kill me? This isn't worth it. Just kill me instead.

My heart stops. My eyes close. I cease to exist.

I'm almost gone....

But my eyes burst open and I gasp for air. I claw at my chest, as if to help me return air to my empty lungs.

I looked around. Confused at what I could see.

"I... I.. I see everything..."

Even with a vision indescribable, I noticed I was in Michelle's arms. I felt strangely comfortable. However I was extremely confused.

"I thought you were going to kill me."

She was startled. "Why would I?" she responded.

"I thought that's what your kind does..."

"Very true," she agreed, "but I love you, and I can't live my eternity without you."

She pulled me up "Come, the sun is rising and we must get rest. You have a lot to learn." she stated.

We walked off to our room. I, not knowing what the future holds in store for me wondered at what could happen next.

I lay in bed, looking out the window. I see light creeping over the hills off in the distance.

Michelle shuts the curtains, making the room pitch-black. She slips into bed, "Good-morning." she says as she kisses me.

I lay in the dark silently, unable to sleep that day.
